Home Information

Originally built in 1986, this home has recenlty undergone a comprehensive, top-to-bottom remodel. The renovation added interior square footage and an additional bathroom, resulting in a thoughtfully reimagined 4-bedroom, 3-bath layout. The front entry and kitchen were relocated from the second floor to the first, creating a more intuitive and welcoming flow. A large rear sliding glass door was added to give way to the expansive new deck offering seamless indoor-outdoor living with direct walk-out access to Little Lake Nellie.
