Construction Education

The Parade of Homes Lake-Sumter is proud to support construction education in our local schools, fostering the next generation of skilled tradespeople. Through a valuable partnership with Habitat for Humanity of Lake-Sumter, Lake County Schools, The Villages Charter School, and local businesses—many of whom are HBA members—the Youth Construction Academies are empowering students to gain hands-on experience in the building industry. One of our local Construction Academies will even showcase a home they've built in this year’s Parade, highlighting the incredible work these students are doing.
